I have been practising yoga for more than 15 years after a back injury forced me to choose between an operation or self help.. Yoga was the answer and like many people who first come to yoga through physical ailments, yoga is now an integrated part of of my life that helps me on a physical, mental and spiritual level.

My interest in the philosophy and understanding of how yoga works led me to study and complete a British Wheel of Yoga foundation teaching course in 2010. I then went on to complete a 500 hour, level 4 British Wheel of Yoga teacher training diploma under the guidance of Sarah Beck. I teach Hatha yoga with elements of vinyasa flow and am also particularly interested in the teachings and effects of meditation and relaxation.
